Introduction
Altar is
a limited
liability company founded
in 1990. It has been supplying billing and customer care solutions
for telecom market since 1993. Many projects were realized during
this time, including country wide ones. Delivery and implementation
of billing systems for PSTN services, IN services, Premium Rate
services in Telekomunikacja Polska S.A. or for the Ministry of
National Defense – Main Communication Node were one of the most
important projects for the company. Now, Altar also specializes in
contact center systems and IVVR.
The company’s
headquarter
is located in Kielce, Poland. Currently, there are 80 people
employed; more than 60 are involved directly in software development
and project realization.
Quality of services
The company
introduced a quality management system and received ISO 9001:2000
certificate. This was a very important step in the company history,
confirming its commitment towards high quality products and services
offered to our customers. The certificate covers all aspects of
company activities: software designing, development and services,
software implementation and customers’ training, sale, delivery and
installation of computer systems.
