The system is dedicated to the telecommunications companies, mobile operators and companies providing services of the Contact Center type (telephone banking, remote booking, service, Help Desk, etc.). The Altar IVVR system is an extension of the existing Altar IVR system, which enables the transmission of audio signals, with the possibility of transferring video content.
