Altar PDS (Predictive Dialing System) is a system dedicated to handling outbound campaigns. It offers an original, unique Predictive algorithm for optimization and dynamic selection of the number of dialled lines in relation to existing resources in the Contact Center. Altar PDS in addition to the Predictive mode can also work in the Preview and Progressive modes. The decision as to which mode should be used lies with the person creating the campaign.
Predictive Dialing is a concept specifying a technique for making automated connections in the so called excess dialling mode, i.e. where the number of calls generated is greater than the number of currently employed consultants. Its aim is to minimize the time spent by the agent waiting for a connection and as a result of this increased productivity outbound campaigns.
In addition, the Altar PDS system has the Least Cost Routing (LCR) function whereby it is possible for the system to automatically select the cheapest calls based on current operator rates.
